So we ended up where all of a sudden we cannot add our card to [WordPress.com](http://WordPress.com) so that we can process shipping and such through our website. We get the message:
“Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA”
I’ve researched the message as well as various posts with WordPress people responding about this message – it appears to be something they have to trigger to fix on their end.
However, there is absolutely no way I have found to contact anyone at WordPress to help with this that solicits a response or even acknowledgement. I’ve posted on the forum, I’ve been spamming the billingsupport@ email for days. I’ve searched every corner of the WordPress site, our backend dashboard, etc.
It’s really frustrating to have errors / messages that can only be dealt with by support but having no possible way to reach anyone at support. I hope I’m wrong about this because the consequences are pretty grim on our end if they are, lol – is there any way possible that anyone is aware to get some kind of support at WordPress? Thank you in advance… it appears Reddit is my last hope here!

Your issue is with WordPress**.com**. Which is very different to “WordPress” (what this sub is about). Unfortunately we can’t help you here.
