No tracking number in email

Hi,

I no longer receive a tracking number in my emails when the status has changed to shipped.
I had a supplier that was connected to my shop and the tracking numbers were sent correctly in the order completet mail.
Now I have a new supplier. And here too the tracking number is sent correctly to my shop but it is no longer in the email.
I will add 2 screenshots of the notifications.
