Firstly, please ensure that your Facebook account has the necessary permissions. You need to be an admin of the Facebook page you’re trying to connect to.
Also, it’s also possible that there might be a plugin or theme conflict causing this issue. To check this, kindly switch to a default WordPress theme, and then deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, if yes, that means a theme or a plugin is contributing to the issue.
