We have checked the issue you encounter and looks like your server is blocking our server requests for optimization, even when we do simple CURL requests to your server we receive the 403 Forbidden error.
Could you please whitelist our IPs in any server firewall or security plugins you may have and see if you still encounter any issues? Please also ask your hosting provider to whitelist our IPs in ModSecurity if they have it enabled as well.
