Not my theme, but my price?

[ad_1]

I’m charging someone £200/mo for everything on their website, the content, hosting, managing, security, email service, smtp setup, minor on page SEO. This sounds good and I think the price is reasonable. However, it’s using a premade theme and extended with a child theme and some custom functionality

Is this common practice, or would I be better to make my own themes from the ground up? I love working this way using underscores and bootstrap, but making dozens of template parts is extremely time consuming

This website is for my first website on my way. I am an employee of an agency and we juggle between premade themes and blank themes (eg underscores) depending on the price and time needed.

What yours thoughts on this 😁
