Hi, we have used give for a while but noticed when a person makes a donation we do not get a confirmation through at our end. i have added a few email addresses to receive confirmation but none work. the test email however does work. can you think of any reason this would happen. how does the test email work but not the real ones, everything seems to be enabled correctly.
