Not working on my network

Hello, I’m quite new to working with WordPress but today I experienced this issue:

Today I was working as usual on my website, but sometime during the afternoon my website stopped working. The website doesn’t load and the wp-admin doesn’t load either.

The browser says the loading time was exceeded.

I asked someone to try and on their network works. I restarted my WiFi but even with that it doesn’t works.

I don’t have a clue what to do nor was the actual problem.
