I want to create a WP site offline (on my PC), a later upload it to a web host (still haven’t picked one).
I’m a beginner to WP. The tool should be free. It would also be great if I could export the WP site and import it into any hosting without needing to credit someone in the site. Do any of you know of a tool like that? Thanks
