Old plugin remnants remain

Hi. I went through a lot of plugins installing and deleting during the build. Remnants of them exist and I can’t seem to find anything obviously out of place through FTP.

I’m looking to move my site to a Google Cloud server from a different one- both on cloudways.

Is it best to rebuild the sit with exported templates from the previous server application or is there a way to get rid of code that is no longer needed nor serving any purpose.
