One of the most frustrating and random glitches I have ever had

Whenever I try to preview my site, the notification box pops up and I can’t get rid of it. It’s just stuck there. Reloading the page and closing/re-opening the tab does nothing either. Any ideas on how to fix? Driving me insane.
