I went to Display Rules > Actions in OptinMonster. I changed the Cookies settings so that “If it is closed, but not converted, show it again…” is set to “on their next visit to the site.”
However, once I close the popup, the popup never appears again on reloading of the page…unless I clear all cookies first. It seems like the change I made is not actually taking effect. What should I do?
P.S. This happens in Safari and Chrome on a Mac…and Safari on an iPad.
