Ordering manually

[ad_1]

Shop owner here, WP noob. Am working with a developer. E-commerce site using Woo and Avada. Moving from another e-commerce platform where everything could be ordered. Product categories, products in a category, product variations, FAQs, EVERYTHING!

Am I missing something in WP? I'm seeing an order field in Avada's FAQs but the ability to order items in your database for display purposes seems missing overall.

I want to avoid overuse of plug-ins but manual ordering of elements is fairly critical in our case. TIA

  1. My suggestion is to join the official Avada Facebook group. Lots of helpful people there with exactly the experience you’re looking for.

  2. Do you want to add the Buy button everywhere? If yes, you can do it with the WooCommerce Buy Now button shortcode. Just add it anywhere you want and add the link to the actual product you want to sell, and it can be used to order

  3. A plugin may be the best solution for you. There is Post Types Order for one. For Woocommerce somethings like products can be dragged and dropped to re-order.
