Hello, I am migrating my website from a platform to another.
I am an infra guy not a developer and I only understand wordpress basics.
My website is using paid Oshine Theme and it is causing me headaches and I couldn’t migrate it right.
So I reached out to the creators [https://brandexponents.com/](https://brandexponents.com/) support. The support is only done via email and they require admin access to my website. They will be interacting with my newly created website, the other one is safe so I don’t mind sharing credentials.
The question is, should I ? did anyone go through this before ? are they trustworthy ?

if they are the creators than you can trust them
If they work on a non-live copy of your site you have little to lose. And reputation matters so they won’t mess with you.
Don’t forget to remove their account, or change its priv to Subscriber, when they’re done: you want to know who has admin access.
