Other SMTP does not work with other plugins

I am testing ‘Other SMTP’ with SMTP host as xxx-com.mail.protection.outlook.com and SMTP Port 25 w/ TLS. Test emails are sent (although all emails go to Junk).

The problem is, emails are not sent by Memberpress plugin. I am testing user sign-in, but emails are not sent. Is there anything that blocks other plugins to access FluentSMTP?
