I recently inquired about help on my website from a freelancer, and this was his reply: “I am unable to help with the following website as it is using an outdated platform/framework:
I contacted my hosting company, and they said all my plugins, themes, and WordPress are up to date.
I asked the freelancer for clarification twice, and he hasn’t responded.
Can anyone tell me what he meant by this? And how can I fix the problem?
