in your plugin description it says “If the bot does not understand something a few times, it will display the Start Menu options to prevent user frustrations.”
Is there a way to extract those unanswered questions so it is possible to add them to the FAQ queries? Let’s say, a customer asks something that is not yet written down in the FAQ section. Getting an email from the bot displaying what question was left unanswered would help a lot in enhancing the customer support on my end.
With the Pro version of the plugin it is possible to look into the chat logs, but are those unanswered questions then marked specifically? Otherwise I would need to look through every chat log to see if the bot redirected to the Start Menu.
Another thing: I am thinking about getting the Pro version and there’s an option to buy the “perpetual license” on your website (www.wpbot.pro/pricing). Just to be sure here: I am paying the price just once and get a lifetime license in exchange?
