Yesterday I paid for an update (good till April 25, 2026) for spam protection (have server side firewalls & brute force protection), and my receipt email is date-stamped Apr 25, 2023, 1:13 PM
I think I paid within a couple of days of the pay request appearing, but I got loads of spam right after paying, and my latest spam comment is date-stamped 2023/04/26 at 3:04 pm. That is 26 hours after payment.
The plugin is excellent when it works, and spam very seldom got through just before renewal. Does all the “learning” the plugin did during the previous years go away before renewal?
Not totally happy …
