Hello,
When I add parameters to the block list of a banner i put in Ad inserter it is properly blocked.
https://website.com/how-to/how-to-read/ (not actual website, but an example)
However, when that link is sent out via my newsletter, my newsletter adds parameters to the end of the link in the newsletter. Example:
https://website.com/how-to/how-to-read/?utm_campaign=Feb_13_2024_Tuesday_Newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_source=newsletter
When it does that and a user clicks on the link and is brought to the page, the banner I had blocked is now appearing. FYI, the parameter you see above remains in the browser window and does not get redirected to just the https://website.com/how-to/how-to-read/ site.

“List url query parameters where you want insertion (white list) or don’t want insertion (black list). You can specify either parameters or parameters with values. For example for url http://example.com?data=2&customer-id=22&device=0 you can define url parameters data, customer-id=22 to insert block (ad) only for urls where there is data parameter or customer-id parameter with value 22. “
And in my example above tried adding the following parameters to the URL parameter block list
Feb_13_2024_Tuesday_Newsletter
newsletter
But they didn’t work.
I am currently using the free version of the plugin. Does the above only work in the paid version? Or is the above supposed to be working in the free version too?
