Hello a close friend of mine payed an agency to make him a website a few years ago . Now he’s looking to update it and can barely make any changes part from adding small sections of text and images due to not having access to the control panel or being able to use his own css to style the pages . He’s requested access but the agency has said no . What should he do as he needs to update the site as he’s looking to focus more on SEO and improving his CTR but can’t due to the websites poorly functional CRM. Any advice would be appreciated
