Hi,
I am using Tsubaki theme with woocommerce plugin for a ecommerce website. The issue I am facing is that whenever me or someone else checks out for any product after entering his address, selecting the payment gateway and entering all necessary details, the customer isn’t redirected to the Payment gateway page where one can pay but instaed he is shown a page with the following information.
“Checkout
- Order number: 331
- Date: May 24, 2024
- Total: ₹4,500.00
- Payment method: PhonePe Payment Solutions
Thank you, please wait while we confirm your orders.”
Please help me so that one can open the Payment Gateway page after checkout. Also, I have tried using different themes from woocommerce and still the result is same.
My Payment gateway is PhonePe.

Edit : Switching to classic checkout from block checkout page doesn’t work too.
