I have checked other posts in this forum that paypal had an issue with woocommerce.
My case is not even related to paypal. In my country, there is a country specific gateway plugin that has been widely used. I also have that plugin on one of my websites that is about to retire.
While debugging, I have seen SoapClient missing, so I’ve just installed it, but it doesn’t solve the problem. I also have disabled a lot of plugins (not all of them, since some of them are network activated and super critical for live service), but I was not able to find any work around.
