paypal checkout add on integration on gravity forms is terrible

[ad_1]

I need help. I have been dealing with issues over these last 9 months with gravity forms, paypal checkout add on integration. Every time they update the plugin, it breaks our payment page, and then I spend days of back and forth with the tech team (which appears to be just one guy). I feel like I'm their bug tester, but the company is losing money from clients who are not able to pay with their CCs during this time.

I am pretty much done with them but need a new form plugin that allows payment via paypal checkout. Its such a pain to do this as I have over 50 forms I will need to rebuild on another platform and this is one of the reasons I have held off so far waiting for gravity forms to figure out their issues.

Our CRM has a payment form feature (keap) I have held off on utilizing this as their tech team is not great either and their payment pages on their domain are ugly.

Just for reference the checkout add on was updated around midnight on the 8th and the payment page has been broken since. They have asked us to add code to our PHP which we have done and still the form is broken. no issues found with paypal or the website.

any ideas of new platforms to investigate would be great. My company wants to stay with paypal checkout as they provide fast working capital.

  1. It looks like Fluent Forms support this, I haven’t used this feature but when I did use Fluent Forms everything worked well, so I assume this will also work well.
