Glad you reached out! PDF Receipts is a premium add-on that by forum rules we can’t provide support for here. I’ll include some information below for you to follow up with us.
You can find the email tag you would like to include by navigating to one of your forms and opening the Form Field Manager tab. From there, you will see your form fields. You can click to open one, and a number of field options will open. Look for the one labeled “Email Tag”, and you can copy and paste that tag right on in to your PDF receipt.
