Country, state, city dropdown list in form not working

I am creating a form for an e-commerce site that contains a dropdown list for a country, state and city. This data was obtained from a plugin I installed. Once the user selects a country, the state and city dropdown filters the list that only apply to the selected country. The issue is that I have an origin country and a destiny country. The user can select the country, state and city of origin and the country of destiny but when selecting the state and city of destiny, the list filters as if it is the country of origin. Does anybody know of a plugin that can allow this or if there is a way to fix this?
