Permissions don’t seem to have an effect

We’re using Capacities for our LearnDash instructors (not an MU site). I have a role called “ELUX Instructor” which allows them access to create and edit courses, but for some reason not the modules and quizzes beneath that course. I have the “Edit” permissions checked for “Assessments” (what we call quizzes), but I’m getting “Publishing failed. You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” when I try to edit an assessment. Any thoughts?
