Persistent 477 error after migration

[ad_1]

Recently completed Flywheel Cloud migration which required DNS repointing of our full portfolio. No issues with any apart from one site which seems to have a stubborn caching issue and is directing some visitors to a 477 error.

Site is working from my POV and according to uptime monitoring tools. Flywheel have assured that all is working as it should and that this is a caching issue.

I’ve asked the client to try clearing various caches but their technical knowledge is a bit limited. Of course, we can’t advise all potential users of the site to do this and members of the public have been reporting the error.

The migration took place just under a week ago and I would have expected this error to clear by now.

Is there anything else I can do? I feel like my hands are tied on this one.
