Picking your brain

[ad_1]

Hi all,

I need to pick your brain!

I have a site where users are required to acknowledge terms of use before they can continue. I am trying to figure out how to go about doing this.

The site is using Elementor Pro and originally I was going to use their pop up and disable click off unless they either agreed or disagreed. But I’m worried about people with pop up blockers.

**What other ways are there to get users to consent to the terms of use before being able to browse the site?**

My manager has thought of like directing them to a terms of use page, have them check a box to acknowledge. But my question for that then are:

1. How would I prevent users from going anywhere else on the site before acknowledging?
2. In future logins, how would I check if the user has acknowledged the terms so I can redirect them to the homepage instead?
