pixel not fired since feb 28

Just wanted to join in– since updating to 1.40 this afternoon we also have noticed that the “pixel not fired” icon is appearing next to new orders on the Orders list page. This started immediately after installing the update.

Thanks for reporting this bug.

We published version 1.40.1 with a fix.

The bug was only the function that detects if the conversion pixels fired. It means the conversion pixels were fired just fine, but the red circles are incorrect.
