I don’t think this has anything to do with our product, to be honest. The Companion plugin, nor even the Blocksy base theme have no control over how the server processes the customer checkout, as that process is solely controlled by the server you’re keeping your website on and the WooCommerce software and its add-ons.
I would suggest to try and get in touch with the provider for the e-mail notification plugin, as they should have an idea of what’s going on.
