Looking at the source code of the warning generated, in wp-includes/class-wp-post-type.php:561 it looks like you might have capability issues with a Custom Post Type.
If you register Post Types using the ACF Extended Post Types module, please make sure that all your post types correctly have at least one “Capability Type” in the “Capability” tab. The default capability is post. See screenshot.
This should fix your issue.
