You can place the code in either the Header or the Footer using the Global Header & Footer area in the WPCode plugin: https://a.supportally.com/i/cq62bj
On that page you will see 3 code boxes: Header, Body, Footer.
Alternatively, you can also create a new snippet and set the Auto-Insert Location for that to Site Wide Footer to add the code to the footer of the website, just copy-paste your code and activate the snippet.
