Why do I receive mails to my gmail account but not to my Microsoft account?
The other day I installed the forminator plugin for the form, and when I put the microsoft account as recipient, the emails didn’t come to me, and as soon as I switched to the gmail account, the emails came?
What is the problem, if and where do I need to set it up so that my e-mails come to the account they should come to?
Different email providers have different spam rules.
There has recently been a stronger push from providers to have your SPF and DKIM records set up correctly in your domain’s DNS settings. (The domain of the website sending the emails after your form submissions) I would look into that.
