Does it gives you any error code?
That’s a dns setting / issue on your home LAN. Did you develop the site on your local machine? There may be a local host entry redirecting it locally.
If you just setup a WordPress server. There should be nothing stopping you from accessing the site (provided it was done correctly).
If you’ve setup new namespaces and or have recently had domain changes. It takes time for content to populate across the Internet. If you get any error that’s 5XX. You’ve got a problem with your server or the hosting provider.
Your phone/mobile data is using one set of DNS servers. Your home network is using a different set. For any of a handful of reasons, the DNS servers that your mobile data use updated themselves faster than your home internet’s servers, which is causing the discrepancy. Depending on how you set up your records on the domain, it can take up to 24+ hours for everything to propagate. There are some things you can do to speed the process along, but really you just need to wait a bit.
A question like this generally means that you set it up yourself on a home server instead of using a proper hosting environment. Please explain what you’ve done so that other people can understand it.
Also, home Internet providers typically use IPv4, while mobile typically uses IPv6.
