I know this should not be (not writable) , i use easyWP to create my website , and I’m using Filezilla software to access files , i tried already to change permission of the file wp-content but i got permission denied

Who is your host? Do they have documentation on how to change folder permissions? Do you have server or cPanel access? In theory it’s just a simple permissions change to 755
Check your plugins folder — sometimes if an older or partial/broken version of the plugin is lingering it can’t overwrite.
Remove or rename then try again
