Today my shop page is not working and I get a “too many redirect” error. I read an article about this topic and followed the instructions to fix the issue.
\—Clear cache all time
\—deactivate cache pluin
\–deactivate plugins
\– create a hrd redirect in cPanel
But nothing is working. I’m redirecting from woo shop page to my shop-now page.

Could be a redirect loop and that’s why it’s giving you that error. What are you using to create redirects? Is it a plugin/place where you have a log of all your redirects? I’d comb through and make sure there doesn’t happen to be a redirect loop!
I’d regenerate the .htaccess file and see if that fixes things.
(rename or delete from file system then press save in the permalinks section of the backend)
Also make sure your siteURL and homeURL are the same in Settings>General.

Could also be a misconfigured SSL/TLS Encryption mode, however i see this mostly on sites routing through cloudflare — your site is not, but maybe there’s a setting on the bluehost side that could be affecting this.
