We are in the works of a major changes in the paid version of the plugin, plus some changes on the site itself, so overlooked those outdated URLs.
I have already updated the doc article.
In general, you should be using the .min.js versions of JS files only – that’s when the SCRIPT_DEBUG is not set or set to false in your wp-config.php file (in WP it is not set by default). So I included in the doc only minified versions.
