I am looking for an online form which can address the following specific application.
My client is a outdoor sporting goods business who offers sponsorship to athletes, and they require a sort of application screening process. It must be an form (on their WordPress site). It is multiple choice, and will allocate points based on the user’s answers. For example, if they indicate they have 100-200 followers on social media, they will receive 1 point, but if the have 500-800 followers, they will receive 3 points. At the end of the form they will receive a “score”, and if the score is high enough their application will be considered. The plugin needs to both allow multiple correct answers per question and allow different answers to have different points.
I think it’s a long shot, but can anyone suggest a plugin which would solve this problem?
