I run an all-volunteer non-profit community theater group and I’m looking for a plugin (ideally free) to add to my site that would allow me to keep track of casting for performances by:
1. creating a list of functions/roles at the performance that each need a person assigned to (i.e. for each character in the performance, multiple slots for lighting folks, makeup folks, etc.)
2. allowing me to assign my registered users (my volunteer cast members) to the roles on each event.
3. attaching/associating the list to an event.
It could be done with a list separate from my event, but I’m managing RSVP’s on the site, as well and it would be good to not have to duplicate records for each show.
Does anyone know of a free plugin that could achieve this? If it has a reasonable nominal one time cost, I would be interested, as well.
