Looking for a plug-in that would allow someone to purchase a specific “service”. Then the customer would be able to see the status of their service as it lives along.
Ideally, visitor can place an order. Then a ticket is generated in a support system and emails would be sent. Once the service is complete, then they’d get updates.
There would be a basic system yhat can track orders and information for the ticket.
Might be best to build this but was curious if anyone has created such a thing with established plugins.
