plugin for tree-view on frontend needed

[ad_1]

Hi everyone,

in the past I was using this plugin, which worked perfectly for me: [https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/nice-navigation/])

Now the plugin isn’t compatible with the current php version / wp version and I have to look for a suitable substitute, but this seems to be more difficult than I thought. I’m sitting here for hours and can’t find anything useful – either it’s only for the backend or I can’t bring it to work.

Has anybody got a hint what I could do? Basically the requirement is to have a tree-menu (in the best way on the right side of the page) to display all the existing pages including child-pages and you have to be able to visit those pages by clicking on it…

Thanks!

  1. Have you actually tried the nice navigation plugin on newer php/wp and getting errors? Or is it just WordPress warning you it’s not been tested on newer versions? I only ask because sometimes plug-ins don’t update their compatibility but still work.
