After some advice please.
I want to be able to give customers the option of completing a survey form on my website. Maximum of 10 questions. Answers from pre defined options.
Depending on the answer they give different options will be output.
Ultimately I want to be able to allow them to book an appointment after completing the survey.
Can anybody recommend plugins that are best suited to this?
