Most likely, after your payment, the information has not been updated in the plugin yet.
Please do the following: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk, click the “Synchronize with Cloud” button on the top of the settings page, wait until the rotating icon disappears, and refresh the page.
If this does not help, make sure that the Access Key from the paid account is installed in the plugin.
