Plugin updates not available

I manage a few WordPress sites, but have an issue on one of the sites that I have never seen before.

It doesn’t show any updates.

Example of this is the plugin “Disabled Comments”

On all other sites its version 2.4.2, but on this site its 2.0.2

Another thing that I’ve noticed, is that on the sites that work, I have a “View details” button, that one does not exist on the site with missing updates.

The WordPress version also doesn’t show any updates, and here the site is on 6.0.2 where the working sites are on 6.1.1

I have tried manually updating the plugins and WordPress, but that doesn’t solve the issue.

Other than the missing updates, there are no other issues with the site, everything works as it should.
