You can’t be serious: in every way try to contact you about this failure for a premium plugin I bougth and no options to do so!
Plugin is NOT working.
When I try to contact you point to support-pages where the error is NOT listed! When I sent an email it says there are 419(!!!) emails you still have to check!
When you are not able to make a working plugin maybe better not selling it!

Sorry mate, but you sent your first message 3 hours ago. You should not expect any immediate answer. Also, this is a community forum. Please do not use it for any premium support.
Ok. Now, did you actually install Plus Package add-on as it was instructed when you inserted the license? I’m suspecting that you did not.
Please make sure that when you select “Download” button, you actually save ZIP archive and then install it as normal WordPress plugin.
