My WP site was built by someone over 5 years ago…and they’d used some kind of coding (that I was not aware of at the time). There is page that houses my blog posts in that coded format.
In the last year my WP site has had people go in and change other parts of my WP site using Elementor.
Today, I (an non-tech person) personally went into my WP site and uploaded the Podcast Importer plugin, in the hopes that it would import my podcast into a blog format/template. The upload of the plugin went smoothly. HOWEVER, there is no “Media File” showing on any of the blog posts (there are 121 of them)– no icons for listening, sharing, or downloading, etc.
My WP site is hosted on SiteGround; and they told me that they are not able to help me with this and had to contact WordPress.org directly. So, here I am and I need help to get this fixed. Can anyone advise/guide/help me pleeeeeeease????
