I just did a test on my WordPress and it works perfectly, it rewards me at the moment the user has completed the defined event.
You may be having problems with the cache, try refreshing the cache. It could be affected in three different ways:
– Disable or refresh the cache of your cache plugin like WP Rocket or similar.
– Disable or refresh your server’s cache. If you don’t know if your server uses a cache-level service, ask them.
– Update your browser cache. The way to do this depends on the browser you use:
