pop up when clicking button does not display

Hello,

i am trying to implement a simple pop up opening when clicking on a button on homepage.
I inserted a button, and linked it to my pop up called horaires, on homepage.
I supposed I did not set it up properly as nothing happens at all when clicking the button..
May you help ?
