They can play around in the Template Editor until they get the recipe card looking the way they want: https://help.bootstrapped.ventures/article/53-template-editor
It will not affect any recipes while doing that. Once happy with the results you can change the default recipe template to this new template. You do that on the WP Recipe Maker > Settings > Recipe Template page.
At this point, all recipes (existing and new) will switch to that new default template.
