today I got the pro version and tested some stuff. I have created a popup which should be triggered by ref.
I have created a new popup with the condition “entrire site” and set “Open Popup” to “On Page Load” with no delay and “Show Again Delay” to “No Delay”. I have activated “Show according to URL Keyword” and entered a keyword “login”. I have added a “Custom Link” to my menu with the “URL” set to “?ref=login” and have given it a name.
When clicking on the link in the menu “/?ref=login” is added to the URL but the popup does NOT pop up. ONLY if I force reload the page it pops up.
What am I doing wrong?
