What is your theme? Can you try to temporalily switch to a default theme like Rookie or TwentyTwenty to see if there is a conflict with your current theme?

Tested on TwentyTwenty theme and it works fine. I’m using Spoclub by Ovatheme. I will contact them since the problem appears to be with the theme. Thanks for the quick help
